The Green Garden Lady’s Gardens

Welcome to the Green Garden Lady’s home!

Located in Del Sur in the Crosby~a gated private golf community in North County San Diego~

Del Sur is located 5 miles inland from the Pacific Ocean
between the communities of Carmel Valley and Rancho Bernardo~

I thought I would start out this blog with photos of my personal gardens.
These  gardens were created and are maintained by my husband Ron and I.

Both Ron and I are avid gardeners. We have been gardening for years…
What you are about to see in the photos is our drought tolerant garden.
Our front courtyard fits the design of this Country French home perfectly.
The gated courtyard provides shade and a tranquil entrance, surrounded by Australian Willows for privacy. Bower and Trumpet Vines and ferns abound here…

The sitting area in the backyard provides full shade to read or enjoy quiet conversation with a cup of tea…
Our yard is planted to conserve water but is filled with beautiful succulents and drought tolerant shade trees. Lots and lots of color make this garden a vibrant and exciting and ever changing environment to experience.

Our home provides quiet sitting areas amidst the gardens
to sit…
to relax…
to entertain…
to listen to music over the outside Bose stereo system…

The waterfall into pond with jacuzzi in front boasts a beach access.
This is the focal point of our garden.

The BBQ area has a full prep outdoor kitchen with hot/cold water, a fire pit…
plenty of seating…
Plenty of green…Our home a wonderful place to entertain or just relax!
The back and front yards were designed and planted by us around a meandering path conceptwith the assistance of Tom Kirovski, landscape architect and landscape contractor.
